Golf carts are the most popular and fun way to explore the island. Be sure to book in advance, especially during peak season. Bicycles are great for leisurely rides, and taxis are easy to flag down or arrange through your hotel.
Is the hotel pet-friendly?
As much as we love animals, we are not a pet-friendly property. This helps ensure the comfort of all our guests. Thanks for understanding!
What are check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM.
Is there Wi-Fi at the hotel?
Yes, we offer complimentary Wi-Fi to help you stay connected.
Is housekeeping available?
Yes! Housekeeping service is available daily from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Use the "Do Not Disturb" sign for privacy. For extended "Do Not Disturb" requests (48+ hours), our team may briefly enter for a quick check.
Can I smoke in the rooms?
All rooms are strictly NON-SMOKING. Violation of policy will result in a charge of $125 USD for additional cleaning. Marijuana is prohibited at all times.
Are irons and hair dryers provided?
Yes. Pool towels, blow dryers, and irons are available upon request at the Front Desk.

What currency should I use?
Both Belize Dollars (BZD) and US Dollars (USD) are accepted. The exchange rate is 2 BZD = 1 USD. Cash is preferred, though cards are often accepted. Always confirm the bill's currency before paying. Change is usually given in BZD. Pro Tip: Small bills are handy. Notify your bank of your travel plans. ATM and Money Exchanges are available in San Pedro.
